Paphos, Cyprus
The harbour in Paphos was quiet as the day began to slow. Boats resting, water barely moving, the light already beginning to soften.
It was just the two of them. A small elopement, held without structure or expectation. No audience, no distance between the moment and the people within it. They stayed near the shore, moving between the harbour and the open sea.
The setting shifted naturally - from still water to wider horizons, from contained space to something more open. The day followed the same rhythm. Nothing was arranged.
They walked, paused, stayed close. The kind of closeness that doesn’t need direction. Small gestures carried the story - a hand resting, a glance held a little longer, the quiet certainty between them.
As the sun lowered, the light changed everything. Soft reflections on the water, warm tones settling into the scene, the horizon slowly dissolving into evening.
An elopement shaped by simplicity. Held between the harbour and the sea, at the edge of the day.
