larnaca, Cyprus
The day began quietly in a hotel in Larnaca. A simple ceremony for two, held indoors, away from distraction. Soft light, a few words, a moment that felt calm and certain.
Nothing was extended beyond what was needed. It remained intimate, almost private - just enough to mark the beginning.
Afterwards, they stepped out toward the sea. The air shifted, the light softened, and the day opened into something more fluid. The beach was quiet, the horizon wide, holding space for everything that followed.
They walked slowly, without direction. No posing, no pressure. Just movement, closeness, and the natural rhythm between them. Hands meeting without thought, pauses that didn’t need to be filled.
The contrast stayed gentle - from inside to open air, from stillness to movement. The story didn’t change, it simply expanded.
I photographed it with the same intention. Quietly, without interruption, allowing the day to remain as it was.
A beginning kept simple. And therefore, lasting.
