Among Close Ones

`Paphos, Cyprus

The day unfolded in Paphos, within the quiet atmosphere of a seaside resort. Surrounded by family and close friends, the wedding carried a sense of ease from the very beginning. Nothing felt rushed.

The morning moved slowly, conversations soft, the light settling gently over the space. There was a natural closeness between everyone present - familiar, warm, without formality.

The ceremony was held outdoors, with the sea nearby. Simple, open, and grounded in the moment. Words spoken clearly, without excess. The kind of setting that doesn’t distract, but supports what is already there.

Afterwards, the day continued without sharp transitions. Guests gathered, moved, laughed. Small moments formed quietly - a hand on a shoulder, a shared look, the ease of being surrounded by people who matter. Nothing overstated, nothing forced - just a celebration that remained true to itself.

I photographed the day as it unfolded. Without interruption, allowing space for each moment to remain natural and unrepeatable.

A wedding shaped by closeness. And held exactly as it was.
